[FEATURE] Add synced attributes to the correspondent DTOs response objects for Organization, Resource and Network

Brief description.
Organizations, Resources and Networks have a set of attributes whose values are got and synced by the sync microservice. We would like to provide them also in the response DTOs, in a way to make them available also to the frontend.
