Do functions created in a logic apps custom code project need to be converted to isolated worker?

According to the migrate .NET apps from the in-process model to the isolated worker model all functions need to be migrated since support for in-process ends November 10 2026, and by looking in a csproj filer created by the net472 template in a logic apps custom code project, the function is an isolated worker since its using Microsoft.NET.Sdk.Functions.

Do the functions for logic apps standard custom code have to be migrated, or are they being used as isolated workers within the logic apps standard custom code?
