Documentation for Bicep

Hi ,

I will suggest the team handling the documentation for BICEP to have a page where all the resources are listed by category, with their required and optional properties, and also stating the list of allowed values for a property. I work extensively with terraform , and their documentation is great where each resources are listed by category which their structure. PFB link and i think BICEP should also have such a doc.

I know there is tooling around snippets ( but they are not exhaustive ) , and also i can go to resources.azure.com to have an idea about the ARM structure, but proper documentation goes a long way. Just my opinion . :)
