Any plans for destroy functionality?

A nice feature to keep a clean setup would be some kind of terraform destroy like feature. Is that something that you have looked into? I saw a similar question ( #1418 )in regards to handling renaming/replacing but not exactly what I'm wondering about.

We are working on something called "Deployment Stacks" that will improve the overall lifecycle management story for bicep or ARM template based deployments. This will support much better updates (deleting removed resources), locking of resources, and destroy-like functionality. We are hoping to have a private preview available in April.

Did you sign up for the private preview at https://aka.ms/getStacks @KKnapik? If not, do so and you can test and evaluate the PurgeResources and DetachResources functionality and see if it fits your needs for destroy functionality.

I thought maybe that there is already public preview - but now signed for private privew, any info regarding a date for public preview ?

No date for public preview yet - but you can still sign up for the private preview...

"Deployment Stacks" is still in private preview at this stage, keep an eye out for once the Public Preview is open.
