How do I get subscription diagnostic setting categories?

Get-AzDiagnosticSettingCategory -ResourceId "subscriptions/$subscriptionId" not working.

please install and import Az.Monitor 4.2.0 and use
Get-AzSubscriptionDiagnosticSetting -SubscriptionId $subscriptionId

This one does not give you list of available categories, it just gets the existing settings. I need to firstly list all available categories before I can create the settings.

In old version, I used to get list of available categories from Get-AzSubscriptionDiagnosticSettingCategory and generate the setting details but I am not able to get that list any more in new version.
Older version:
$SubscriptionCategories = @()
Get-AzSubscriptionDiagnosticSettingCategory | ForEach-Object {
$SubscriptionCategories += (New-AzDiagnosticDetailSetting -Log -Category $_.Name -Enabled)
}
# Create Diagnostic Setting
$diagnosticSetting = New-AzDiagnosticSetting -Name $DiagnosticSettingName -SubscriptionId $SubscriptionId -WorkspaceId $WorkspaceId -Setting $SubscriptionCategories -StorageAccountId $LogStorageAccountId

New version: I have to manually specify the category names as Get-AzDiagnosticSettingCategory -ResourceId "subscriptions/$subscriptionId" is not working.

$categries = @("Administrative","Security","ServiceHealth","Alert","Recommendation","Policy","Autoscale","ResourceHealth")
$logs = @()
$categries | ForEach-Object {
    $logs+=New-AzDiagnosticSettingLogSettingsObject -Enabled $true -Category $_
}

New-AzDiagnosticSetting -Name $DiagnosticSettingName -ResourceId "/subscriptions/$SubscriptionId" -WorkspaceId $WorkspaceId - StorageAccountId $LogStorageAccountId -Log $logs

@VeryEarly Is it the missing feature when module is upgraded to new version? Please check whether the API is changed or input is different.

no resource id needed, categories are same for subscriptions.
