Feature Request : 0 dps alert

A small audio alert when a pilot's DPS drops to 0 for more than a few seconds could be really helpful for managing multiple simultaneous accounts and for managing ratting.

Thanks for the request. A couple times over the years people have mentioned adding audio alerts, although usually in the opposite direction (like, if incoming DPS hits a certain threshold).

I'm not currently actively developing PELD as I haven't played EVE in quite a few years, but I'll keep this issue open in case I come back to it or someone else wants to add this feature.
