Yay, first release!

Release v0.0.1

This is the first release of the "Chest" tool, so it can contain some bugs or errors (but for me everything works fine).

So, what "Chest" can do now:
✅ Stop the Minecraft server
✅ Pack server files to .7z archive (actually it pack it to .tar archive and then to .7z)
✅ Upload a backup archive to Google Drive
✅ Start the Minecraft server
✅ Delete old backup archives from Google Drive

If you have some problems with "Chest" or want to add some new - please, feel free to make "issue" or "pull" request 💕
