[release] SpecProbe v1.0.0: First Specs

We've released SpecProbe 1.0.0! This is a hardware specification prober intended to aim for performance while getting hardware info from your computer.

Please note that unrooted Android devices and ARM devices give incomplete info, but we're working on it as this library evolves.
