App not installing on windows?

When I download the Youtube-Downloader-Setup-1.1.10.exe and run it it only makes a folder in "C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Programs\youtube-downloader" with "Uninstall Youtube Downloader.exe" inside it. But there is no actual application executable or anything installed...

Probably got blocked by windows defender, make sure you allow untrusted applications when that blue screen pops up

Can confirm it happens with no anti-virus software installed, nor firewall enabled.
