Feature/sandy clothing items

Adds a UI element that shows if sandy has a clothing item that can only be gotten via character creation, useful so you don't have to check every day.
Adds a toggle to show just the rare items, as well as one that shows any clothing item she sells.

Ah sorry :) I also got the notification from Nexus that they are planning to merge the mod and they can't reach you, so I started some housekeeping. I will not tough the code then, sorry if this update broke something.
