Add a Spleeter model for 5 stem separation (piano separation)

Love this software, thanks for your work on it. Just a feature request.

While the Spleeter models aren't great compared to the provided models in UVR I do like that it supports 5 stem separation which includes Pianos which Demucs mdx_extra doesn't include. This could be an interesting addition.
