Parse CSS and add vendor prefixes to rules

#Installation

• Download the zip file and unzip it to your plugin folder.

#Usage

• Select "AutoPrefixer" in the context menu
• Press "Ctrl-Alt-P" without any selection to prefix complete file
• Press "Ctrl-Alt-P" with selected rules to prefix them
