Logo does not change size according to config

Description of the bug

The logo does not change size according to the size parameter in the config.

The change should be reflected both in the form and in the PDF.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a config for logo

"logo": {
  "displayAppOwnerNameInHeader": false,
  "source": "org",
  "size": "large"
},

2. Change the size and note that the logo does not change
