Pre-chosen radiobutton does not trigger dynamics

Describe the bug

When instantiating an app with pre-chosen radiobutton that is supposed to trigger a dynamic, the dynamic is not present.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an app with pre-chosen radiobutton as dynamic to show some field
2. See error

Expected behavior

Expect that the dynamic is already done when instantiating an app.

@Febakke Should pre-chosen radio buttons be allowed in the first place?

This should not be an issue with dynamic expressions. As mentioned in #141 (comment), I believe the preSelectedOptionsIndex functionality is subtly broken by design, and prefilling should be preferred. @Sindrir Did you find a solution for this issue?
