Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The git attributes file can hold settings that controls things like line endings in files and will ensure that we are consistent across all repositories.

Describe the solution you'd like

Line endrings should be Unix based (LF) in the central repository for an App. At the moment the clones created by designer keep line endings as is when checking out and the line ending has to be LF for the designer to work.

@altinnadmin could we get some more specification as to what should be included in the .gitatributes file?
