Valgfri endres etter at man lukker komponenten #1943

Describe the bug

Når man legger inn ny komponent, så er den default valgfri. Det står fortsatt valgfri når man har lagt inn kobling til datamodell, men etter å ha lagret redigeringene på komponenten, og man åpner den igjen, så står det ikke lengre som valgfri. Denne endringen ser ikke brukeren.

Expected behavior

Forventer at feltet endres når man legger inn koblingen, slik at bruker faktisk ser endringen.

I tillegg bør det ses på om ikke alle egenskaper på komponenten, faktisk bør ligge på komponenten, og spredd.

Problematikken håndteres i #1247

Dette skjer fordi elementet i datamodellen er "required". Det gir derfor ikke mening at du skal kunne manuelt overstyre regler fra datamodellen.
Men det er flere feil ved dette som løses i #1247
Som feks minOccurs=0 ikke nødvendigvis betyr "required".
