Changing read-only status of previously created component not possible

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to previously created service
2. Click on a pre-existing component that can have the "read-only" property
3. Open f(x) menu
4. See that it is not possible to select read only property

Expected behavior

Read only and valgfri property should be available

Additional info

Found in dev, deleting component and adding a new component of the same type and linking to the data model brings the property back when opening the f(x) menu.

@gudrunvigerustfuru @trymen Ser dere velger å ikke fikse dette. Det betyr at man må legge inn alle komponenter på nytt.

Hvis dere senere legger til flere egenskaper senere, blir man da nødt til å legge komponentene på nytt igjen? Er litt arbeid når man har fått på plass logikk.
