1. Create policy templates to match process templates
2. Update endpoint for switching process to also update policy with new template

I believe this will automatically be changed for the user when they change their process templates, so we need UX to help us out. We need to ensure to communicate to the user that both process and policy file will be replaced. Or are I'm walking 🫐 tour? 😁

Of course they could use got history to revert back if needed.
