Create the Azure Function App code in .NET(C#) as the Service Plan runs on Windows machine.

Create an HTTP-triggered Azure Function in the preferred language (Preferably in Go or C#).
Format and send alerts to Slack via the Slack Webhook API. We will be testing with Slack initially.
