IPolicyRepository mangler cancellationToken på samtlige blobstorage operasjoner, dette bør absolutt på plass.
Ser nå også ut som at vi new'er opp ny blob client for hver operasjon, her bør det kanskje analyseres om det kan optimaliseres noe for gjenbruk av klienter.
