Terminal emulator

Hi
I am looking for a very simple terminal emulator that can be embeeded in giu app. I want to open an ssh connection to a remote server and connect it to the terminal emulator and let the user interact with it. Any suggestions/ideas are welcome.

If we are talking about a simple terminal emulator, user could enter command, receive command output, then a virtual list view with text and single line input should be enough to do the trick.

If we are talking about a real embedded terminal, it will be a very complex task, and so far as I know there is no ready-to-use component.
