[BUG] the preloaded patterns from mylar are not fully there from stichworld only a selected few #746

Environment
AYAB software version: v0.95
Compvuter/OS: windows
Knitting machine: kh950i
AYAB hardware: shield Shield v1.4TH

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' load image file
  2. Click on '....'kh910
  3. Scroll down to '....' last images
  4. See error there should be hundreds of images

Expected behavior
I expect to see the stitchworld images in there entirity

Hi @rachelb667, thanks for the report. It is known that not all StitchWorld patterns are currently packaged with AYAB, but it looks like we did not have an open issue for that, so that's helpful to keep track of it.

A minor nit: as far as I know AYAB does bundle all the patterns that were shipped on Mylar sheets. The other StitchWorld patterns were built into the memory of machines beyond the KH910, such as your KH950.

In any case, as an immediate workaround, if you upgrade to AYAB 1.0 beta 4 which you can download here, you will have the ability to open files in DesignAKnit format (.STP); and all the StitchWorld patterns have been converted to DesignAKnit files and are available on mkmanuals.com: https://mkmanuals.com/catalogsearch/result/index/?q=designaknit&product_list_limit=all

Let me know if you need more help with AYAB 1.0 beta or the DAK files.
