[Quests issues]: Can't collect Lunar Reed to complete quest in Eternal Starlight, Dark Swamp biome

Describe the issue

I can't collect a lunar reed for quest completion in Eternal Starlight zone, dark swamp biome. I found them growing, but can't collect with sword, axe, shears, pick axe, silk touch pick axe, shovel, hoe. Also tried open hand and bone mealing them to see if they grew and can be harvested and putting down absorption hopper and item collectors to see if they could pick it up on breaking. Thanks for any help.

I made the Swamp Silver Sickle from another quest in Eternal Starlight and that did work to collect the lunar reed. So maybe repurpose this quest issue report to include more description in the quest for how to collect the lunar reed. Thanks.
