Articles are only shown with descending articles turned to on

If I set descending articles to off I see only that feeds or categories contain unread items. If I choose a category or a feed no item is visible.

Hopefully this is easy to fix.

I have this issue all the time. Only a few items are displayed. But it doesn't matter if I setup descending or not.
