"发送至Aira2"添加下载路径

Description of the feature / 需求描述

所解决的问题
用来解决不同文件希望下载到本地不同文件夹中的问题。

现状
选择文件或文件夹后，选择"发送至Aira2"，Aira2会将选择项下载Air2配置的默认下载路径，需要等待文件下载完成后手动将文件迁移到不同文件夹。

期望
选择文件或文件夹后，选择"发送至Aria2"时，可以填写指定的下载路径, Aira2将文件下载到用户指定的下载路径。

Suggested solution / 实现思路

维护界面
管理界面添加"发送至Aira2下载路径"页面，该页面可以对下载路径进行维护，展示和维护类似附件图，其中/115Pan该位置展示用户自定义的名字，状态该位置改名为路径，并展示用户配置下载路径。配置路径可以使用输入框，让用户输入完整的下载路径。

使用方式
选择”发送至Aria2“时，弹出选择框，选择框内容为"发送至Aira2下载路径"页面所配置的自定义名称列表。用户选择后，发送至Aria2时，将下载路径设置为用户选择的具体下载路径。
