# Rasa Bot for E-Commerce

This repository contains a Rasa chatbot designed to assist with e-commerce-related tasks. The chatbot is trained to interact with users, provide product information, process orders, offer customer support, and handle new features. It leverages the Rasa framework to handle natural language understanding and dialogue management, and utilizes the Transformers BERT model for enhanced language understanding.

### Prerequisites

- Python==3.9

### Installation

1. Clone this repository:

   ```bash
   git clone https://github.com/AdvantageCommunity/RASA-BOT.git
   cd Rasa-Action-Bot-Ecommerce
  1. Create and activate a virtual environment (optional but recommended):

    python -m venv venv
    source venv/bin/activate   # On Windows: .\venv\Scripts\activate
  2. Install the required dependencies:

    pip install -r requirements.txt
  3. Train the Rasa NLU and Core models:

    rasa train
  4. Start the Rasa Action server:

    rasa run actions
  5. Start the Rasa server to interact with the chatbot:

    rasa shell
