Description

This PR addresses and resolves formatting inconsistencies in the status section of the User Guide. The updates improve readability and ensure that information about status commands (e.g., /accept, /pending, /reject) is presented clearly and consistently for users.

Changes Made

  • Text Alignment: Adjusted alignment to ensure a uniform layout across the status section.
  • Bullet Points and Lists: Reformatted lists for easier navigation and comprehension.
  • Consistency in Font and Style: Updated font styles and sizes to match the guide's overall style.
  • Spacing and Indentation: Corrected spacing and indentation for better visual flow.

Outcome

The status section of the User Guide is now more readable, with consistent formatting that aligns with the rest of the document, improving the user experience.
