Riallto v1.1

We're delighted to announce the release of Riallto v1.1, our framework that allows users to explore and program applications on their AMD NPU devices.

Supported platforms:

• Phoenix point
• Hawk point

Beta Linux support

• Installation for Ubuntu 24.04 using the 6.10 Linux kernel. Documentation
• Scripts for bringing up docker containers with Riallto support.

Software improvements:

• Added bfloat16 support
• Fixes to visualisations, codegen, installation, and utilities.

RyzenAI-SW v1.1 support
