Does anyone have experience with which method is more likely to pass HR filters?

1. Should I use an API to generate a customized resume for each position? Would an API-generated resume be concise, clear, and effectively match each job description?

2. Or should I use the same specific resume to apply for each position?

depends on your resume if its better or worse than AI generated. jk if your resume is solid then that's the one.
