Some components are only needed on one of each Pair of ears:

U1 - ESP01
U2 - AMS1117-3.3 (3.3V voltage regulator for the ESP)
C11, C12 - 22uF (Capacitors for voltage regualtor)
R1, R2, R3 - 10kΩ Resistors (Pull up/donw Resistors for booting the ESP)
R4 - 120Ω Resistor (signal output from ESP to th WS2812)
