Turning off(on) the "Add torrent" dialog

Hi there,

First of all great, great app with support for most common platforms and browsers with consistent UI everywhere, easy to use 👍

Describe the feature you'd like
This is actually a must as all torrent clients and remote controller have the option to add torrent without the need of confirming with a button click/finger touch, etc.

Describe a visual implementation
You don't need any suggestion, you are doing a greta job
