What this PR does / why we need it:
Currently, the custom Not Found page is only shown on the developer portal for GET requests. This PR makes the custom page shown for all requests (POST, PUT, etc)

Verification steps
Call a POST/PUT method on a developer portal non-existin path, and confirm that the custom "Not Found" error page is shown.
