虽然大多数人用这个脚本是在境外服务器搭建服务供国内访问的，但也存在需要在国内搭建服务给海外人士往回翻的应用场景。

国内ISP似乎屏蔽了 Cloudflare 的 one.one.one.one 地址，导致在国内环境部署时脚本在获取公网 IP 地址时报错。

fix use another Cloudflare domain for public IP
