This backend configuration repository serves as the core of the home automation system. It is responsible for managing the heating system, integrating environmental data, calculating energy costs, running local AI for on-premise processing, leveraging cloud AI for advanced automation and natural language interaction, detecting water leaks and humidity issues, and monitoring wireless IoT devices for anomalies. The system also supports security features, AI-driven analysis, and automated adjustments for a seamless, energy-efficient, and user-friendly home environment.
To use this system:
- Clone the repository and deploy it on a compatible platform (e.g., Home Assistant).
- Configure the integration settings for each room, sensor, and appliance.
- Set up AI integration for local and cloud-based processing according to your preference.
- Define heating schedules, electricity price limits, and other user-defined variables.
- Set up water leak and humidity sensors to monitor critical areas.
- Enable the IoT backup and anomaly detection system to keep track of device health.
- Monitor system performance through analytics dashboards and adjust settings as needed.
- Ensure that all entities, such as temperature sensors, thermostats, electricity meters, water leak sensors, and AI models, are correctly configured and linked.
- Cloud AI functionality requires an active OpenAI subscription and configuration of API keys for OpenAI access.
- Local AI processing with Llama 1160 Turbo LLM model is designed to operate independently of the cloud, ensuring low-latency, secure processing on local devices.
- Proper configuration of weather, energy, security, and water leak sensors is critical to ensuring system reliability and accurate data reporting.
- Custom automation scripts may require updates to align with your home's specific setup or local electricity pricing structures.
- The beta integrations are experimental and may require further testing.
